CONFIRMATION TEXT

As a courtesy, you will receive a reminder text message at the time of scheduling your appointment. A confirmation text will be sent 48 hours prior to your appointment. You will need to click on the link provided to confirm your appointment time. A reminder text will be sent 24 hours prior, as well. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates/times to avoid late arrivals, miss/cancelled appointments, and the cancellation fee. 


CANCELLATIONS

Your appointments are every important to the Bombshell Beauty Team Members. Your services are reserved especially for you. We realize life happens causing a change in plans. To avoid cancellation and no show charges, please notify us of changes or cancellations to your reservation 24 hours in advance for services requiring an hour or less time slot and 48 hours for services with a time slot of 2 or more hours i.e. color services, full sets etc. The salon is open by appointment only therefore a 24-48 hour cancellation or change in reservation is required as a courtesy for service providers and to allow the opportunity for someone else to reserve an appointment.


DEPOSIT

Any appointments requiring a deposit must be paid prior to booking or pay deposit online that day (if booking online). This deposit will go towards your final total for the service & credit card will be held on file. In the case that the 24-48 hour notice is not given for cancellation/rescheduling, Bombshell Beauty reserves the right to keep the deposit.


GUESTS

Please DO NOT bring additional guests. Only guests with appointments will be allowed inside the salon. In order to provide the best experience for each client and to maintain a safe and sanitized environment for our guests, Bombshell Beauty does not allow children or additional guests without an appointment at the salon.


LATE POLICY

It is important that you arrive on time. Pleased be advised that if you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled and our same day cancellation fee will apply, which is 50% the cost of the service.


If you are running late, please call the salon and let us know. Should you arrive beyond 15 minutes, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and will be charged 50% the cost of the service scheduled. This will be up to the service provider’s discretion based on availability to accommodate you.


NO CALL/NO SHOWS

All no call/no shows and appointments cancelled with less than the required notice will be charged up to 50% of reserved service(s). Any future appointments made after a no call/no show will require a deposit to reserve services.


NO REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds of any kind. If you have a problem with the outcome of your service after leaving the salon, you have 72 hours to contact the salon to discuss your needs and how we can accommodate you going forward.


**IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON. HOWEVER, IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR, SKIN OR LASH HISTORY. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION, IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR BOMBSHELL BEAUTY.
